Tasting Salon (Members Only)
Our Gather Experience is perfect for networking, team building, VIP receptions, birthday parties,
anniversaries, bridal showers, holiday celebrations and special occasions. This 2-hour private experience includes a sparkling wine upon arrival, a guided tasting flight of 4 wines with one of our
wine educators and our signature cheese & charcuterie table. We have the perfect venue for 20-50 guests.
Connect is perfect for business meetings & small groups. We offer our space on select days for morning, lunch and late afternoon meetings. A 2-hour minimum rental is required. Breakfast and lunch packages
can be added to your experience from one of our preferred caterers. We currently have seating available for up to 16 guests in our new classroom space. We include tables, chairs, AV equipment
and water for your guests. Wine tastings can be added to your afternoon experiences.
Join a Crystal Palate wine educator for a seated Master Class to engage the senses. This 2-hour private experience includes a tasting flight of 6 wines, an in-depth education and engaging conversation. Each guest will also receive a welcome glass of sparkling wine upon arrival in our new Tasting Salon.
Guests can choose dedicated light-bite pairings or our signature cheese & charcuterie table.
The above experiences can be customized for you. We look forward to creating a memorable experience for your guests. Our packages can be booked on Tuesday through Saturday based on availability. At Crystal Palate, we also offer services for your special occasions including corporate events, VIP receptions, networking groups and other gatherings.
Our rates start at $125/hour for sommelier services, consulting and education. Most events are billed at a 6-hour minimum which includes planning, event set-up, delivery and travel time.
Crystal or one of our wine educators will work closely with you, your event planner or caterer to create the perfect wine pairings for your menu and develop the perfect presentation and theme for your special event. We will also work with you to select the perfect wines for your budget. You will receive a 10% special event discount on your wine selection and custom tasting cards for your guests. We can provide support staff for $25/hour and glass rentals for an additional fee.
Our owner Crystal Cameron-Schaad is an internationally certified educator with the Wine Spirit & Education Trust (WSET) out of London and is a graduate of the prestigious WSET Diploma program.
