Gather
Our Gather Series is perfect for entertaining family, friends, colleagues, clients and small groups. This 90-minute private event includes a guided tasting of 4 wines and shareable platters from one of our preferred caterers.

Connect
Our Connect Series is perfect for a group of couples looking to reconnect over great wine, food and conversation. This 90-minute private experience includes a guided tasting of four wines with dedicated light-bite pairings and a glass of sparkling upon arrival. Our Connect series is designed as a cocktail party with high-top tables for each couple.

Rates: $105 per person/$95 club members
Engage
Join wine educator Crystal Cameron-Schaad around the farmhouse table for an unforgettable evening. This 2-hour event includes a tasting of 6 wines, dedicated light-bite pairings and in-depth educational experience filled with engaging conversation. Each guest will also receive a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival.

Rates: $145 per person/$135 club members
Off-Site Events
At Crystal Palate, we also offer services for your special occasions including corporate events, VIP receptions, networking groups and other gatherings.
Our rates are $125/hour for sommelier services, consulting and education. Most events are billed at a 6-hour minimum which includes planning, event set-up, delivery and travel time. Our owner Crystal Cameron-Schaad is an internationally certified educator with the Wine Spirit & Education Trust (WSET) out of London and is a graduate of the prestigious WSET Diploma program.
Crystal will work closely with you, your event planner or caterer to create the perfect wine pairings for your menu and develop the perfect presentation and theme for your special event. We will also work with you to select the perfect wines for your budget. You will receive a 10% special event discount on your wine selection and custom tasting cards for your guests. We can provide support staff for $25/hour and glass rentals for an additional fee.
Private Virtual Events on Zoom
Did you know we offer virtual wine workshops? Our virtual events include tasting kits for private tasting experiences in the comfort of your home. Each kit includes 4 (4oz) pours of each wine selection, dedicated bite-size pairings, tasting notes, tasting mats and a 60-minute guided tasting experience with Crystal on Zoom.

For larger groups, we offer full size bottles for purchase plus an educator fee of $250.
Custom Events & Cancellation Policy
Would you like to learn about a different region? We offer curated tasting experiences for an additional fee. Private events can be booked on Thursday, Friday and Saturday based on availability. Inquire for more details. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made 5 days or more in advance of the event date, can transfer the deposit toward a future event at Crystal Palate. Cancellations made within 4 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
