Shipping (COMING SOON)

All items will be shipped via UPS. The shipping of alcohol requires a signature upon delivery and must be received by an adult 21 years of age or older. 

Please note as a wine retailer, we are only permitted to ship to select states. We will be offering shipping to Virginia, Washington DC & Florida for the 2020 Holiday Season and hope to expand to additional markets in 2021. Returns will only be accepted for merchandise found defective immediately upon receipt. Crystal Palate Wine & Gourmet will provide you the same replacement item (pending availability), a credit toward another product or full refund. Crystal Palate Wine & Gourmet will not claim any responsibility for items damaged in shipping. For items damaged in shipping, users will need to file a claim with UPS.

Refunds & Cancellation Policies: 

If you purchased a class, tasting event or private event, please note our Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policies:

Payment in full is required at the time of registration and all sales are final for classes and educational events.

For small group private events, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This applies to in-person & virtual events.This deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future event.  A minimum of 7 days' notice is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon for a future class or event. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather or otherwise. In the event of a class or event cancellation, we will contact you directly at the phone number or email address you have provided to offer a full refund or credit to transfer to a future class or event.

While we are not able to offer credits or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work-related conflicts, personal emergencies or events beyond our control, you are always welcome to send someone in your place, as we understand that these things do happen. If you are purchasing this class or event as a gift, please provide this cancellation policy to the recipient, as the policy will still apply.
